Prior to establishing Expense Management Solutions Inc., Steve was a Senior Manager at Supplier & Expense Strategies (SES). Steve partnered with top US financial institutions to optimize complex contracts. Collectively, Steve contributed more than $100MM in annual run-rate savings.

Prior to SES, Steve was Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Wells Fargo. He led strategic sourcing activities for Wells Fargo in the credit & risk management category and generated over $25MM in annual run-rate savings during the 2009 calendar year. Steve joined Wells Fargo as part of the Wachovia merger and lead two merger integration teams.

Before joining Wachovia, Steve was a Vice President responsible for enterprise-wide sourcing engagements within the JPMorganChase Card Services division, specializing in card services as well as other complex spends, and lead two merger integration teams responsible for bringing together spend categories following the merger of JPMorganChase and Bank One.

Earlier in his career, Steve spent more than six years with The Vanguard Group, one of the world’s largest investment firms, where he was a Procurement Facilitator specializing in IT contracts.

Steve has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree from Widener University in Pennsylvania.

Steve’s interests include spending time with family, coaching high-school and little league baseball, reading, and supporting local charitable organizations. Steve and his wife have three children and reside in Wilmington, Delaware.
